Group Therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which participants meet face-to-face or via telehealth to work through a group topic or their problems and concerns under the guidance of one or two mental health professionals.
Open & Closed Groups
Open Groups allow new members to join at any time
Closed Groups have a fixed group of members with a set start and end date

Self-Awareness Group
This group's focus is on learning how to be more aware and to reduce automatic responses. It will also help with understanding and knowledge of one's own personality, including personality traits, feelings, behaviors, and how they impact oneself and others.

The Communication Skills Group helps you refine your ability to articulate thoughts and feelings, actively listen, and engage in respectful dialogue. This group will help with improving your communication by developing skills in clear expression while creating a supportive atmosphere to build trust and understanding as you learn from shared experiences.
Anger Management Group
The Anger Management Group offers a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore the roots of their anger. Participants will develop effective coping mechanisms and enhance communication skills, leading to improved emotional regulation and more fulfilling relationships.

The Trauma Support Group provides a safe, non-judgmental, and understanding space. Here, individuals can share their experiences, find a connection with others facing similar challenges, and acquire valuable coping strategies for healing.
